Celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s new fast-casual burger joint Bobby’s Burgers—not to be confused with the more high-end Bobby’s Burger Palace—will open at Paris Las Vegas early next year, according to recent coverage in Eater Las Vegas.
The news comes not long after word broke of a Bobby’s Burgers slated for Harrah’s, opening this December.
The restaurant, with locations already open at Yankee Stadium in New York and at Caesars Palace, offers a menu of Angus Beef burgers, sandwiches, and shakes. The Crunchburger is an Angus beef burger topped with American cheese, Bobby’s sauce, and the source of the crunch: potato chips. (It’s also available with bacon.) The Bobby Blue Bacon Burger may forgo the crunch, but it includes bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a Blue Cheese Sauce. The BBQ Smokehouse Burger comes with bacon, crispy onion, Chipotle BBQ sauce and American cheese.
Other between-bread choices include the Fried Chicken Sandwich with Ahi Amarillo Mayo, slaw, and pickles, and Bobby’s Veggie Burger: American cheese, BBQ mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce, tomato, and Bobby’s Sauce. Sides like fries, cheese fries, bacon + cheese fries, and onion rings are also available.
For a bit of complementary sweetness, guests can choose a milkshake from flavors like Dark Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, and Pistachio.
Bobby’s Burgers is expected to open at Paris early next year, near the upcoming Nobu location.
