Silverlake Ramen is adding yet another opening to its roster in Downtown Burbank. The lease was signed for the former Pizza Rev at 175 E. Palm Ave, in which Brandon Cohan, Ryan Gurman, and Evan Clark of CBRE were assigned as the listing agents for the property.
Right now, Silverlake Ramen has 14 locations open across the US and 11 listed as “coming soon” on the website. What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) was able to confirm with Devin Curry, the Operations Manager, that the information was correct and they’ll provide an update in the very near future. Curry also recently gave WNLA a statement on Silverlake Ramen’s Manhattan Beach location, offering a timeline of an early 2021 opening.
Palm Ave is the center of the Burbank Entertainment District, with the second-highest historically producing AMC Theater anchoring the promenade. Yard House, Boiling Crab, Skechers, Panera Bread, Pinkberry, and Barney’s Beanery & Sushi Stop are nearby the upcoming Silverlake Ramen.
Panera Bread Burbank has permanently closed. ?
