Ritrovo Playa Vista Owners Opening French Cafe Boheme On the Corner of Pershing and Manchester

Ritrovo Playa Vista owners Ivan Kodeh and Deva Amiache are planning an opening of a brand new concept on a new property listed at 8367-8371 Manchester Ave and 8414-8432 Pershing Dr. The French married couple have decided to take this new restaurant back to their roots. 

“We are French, but we have a cafe in Playa Del Ray that is more American Style and an Italian place in Playa Del Ray,” Kodeh told What Now Los Angeles. “So this is the first French concept we’re opening.” This cafe will serve things like breakfast, brunch, pastries like croissants, and coffee. “It’s something that’s not in Playa Del Ray. There is no concept similar to our concept, so that’s something we’re excited about. There’s a lot of demand for our product.” Kodeh went on to say that “it’s a booming place so it’s a good time to invest in that area.” 

While this is the first French restaurant for the couple, there are potential plans for future ideas, branching out into different areas. As of now, they’re just trying to get their current restaurant, which is still under construction, squared away — with a possible opening of three to four months down the road.
