The Alma Cocina full report is a great example of how a restaurant can pass 100% on critical items and still fail a report based on non-critical bullsh*t. There are MANY restaurants that need to be closed down, so thank goodness for the health inspectors, but the Fulton County process is a joke. While everything is technically important, Fulton County inspectors are required to focus on things that shouldn’t matter, and then pass restaurants that have problems that should matter.
