The multifamily component of the forthcoming Castleberry Park development in Castleberry Hill is moving forward.
Plans this month were submitted to Fulton County to lay the foundation and build a seven-story structure that will house the project’s apartments.
A permit for an adjoined seven-story parking structure—expected to cost an estimated $4.7 million—was also submitted.
The project will feature approximately 130 residential units, a rooftop deck with panoramic city views and community amenities such as a club room, dog wash area, and a package-delivery center.
The property will also include a 30,000-square-foot ground-floor commercial space for restaurants and other retail and a public park.
In addition, Castleberry Park will feature a 200-key Hard Rock brand hotel which broke ground in March.
The $90 million development is slated to debut in 2019.
Hard rock? I am hearing it’s their watered down brand Reverb. Please investigate.
I highly doubt it. The Reverb brand will mostly convert older hotels or reuse otherwise abandoned real estate whereas the Hard Rock brand is pricier and mostly new properties. Where are you hearing this?
Its a Reverb Hotel… check their website + curbed and Atlanta business chronicle. http://reverbhotels.com/atlanta-downtown/
