Granite Properties and Third & Urban are moving forward with plans to develop a group of warehouses on the Westside into Inland Tract, a revitalization project that once complete will offer “creative flex space.”

Kronberg Wall, the Atlanta-headquartered architecture firm behind the project’s design, Thursday submitted plans to the City of Atlanta to convert two former industrial buildings, at 1218 and 1236 Menlo Drive, into the office development.

Converting the 77,487-square-foot spaces originally developed in 1964 into Inland Tract is expected to cost $2,968,615. Those costs cover the shell only with white box tenant space.

All tenant improvements and interior work will be submitted for future permitting.

Inland Tract, first announced in January 2018, is “Phase II” of Third & Urban’s Complex West Midtown, unveiled in December 2016.

Complex, home to tenants like Proof of the Pudding, Bold Monk Brewing, Look Listen, and LTX Solutions, is expected to reach a complete lease out by June 2018.
