Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been retained to market a 1.84-acre site once poised to be home to Emerson—a 41-unit condo tower—as a “development opportunity,” CoStar News Monday first reported.

The planned condo development, at 2520 Peachtree Road, was scrapped earlier this year.

JLL-branded signage last week went up at the property and a bare-bones website is now live.

Atlanta-based JPX Works, the would-be Emerson developer, is “focusing on an outright sale of the land,” according to CoStar.

JPX first acquired 2520 Peachtree, and a now-demolished three-story multifamily building on the property, in 2015.
