The development that will house Talat Market has been named NeighborGoods.
It was previously marketed by its address 112 Ormond Street—as most new commercial projects are ahead of naming.
NeighborGoods offers three commercial spaces out of Summerhill.
The project is a joint venture between Haverhill Holdings, LLC and Gimbal Group, LLC.
Jason Moss of Jones Pierce is overseeing the architecture and 3D Renovations is behind the construction.
Popular Thai pop-up Talat Market was the first tenant confirmed for the development.
Non-profit fitness concept Noble Clay Fitness has signed on as the anchor.
Unit 2, a 1,589-square-foot space, is the last remaining suite.
“We’re still working to finalize a lease on the remaining space…with a daytime food concept as the ideal use,” Benjamin McLoughlin of Haverhill Holdings in an email this week told What Now Atlanta.
McLoughlin and his team are about six to eight weeks from handing over the spaces to the tenants for buildouts.
In anticipation of receiving its space, a permit application for Talat Market was submitted to the City of Atlanta.
An opening timeline for NeighborGoods has not been set but late-summer to early-fall 2019 is likely.
