Quest Community Development plans two-story center for spring 2016.
Quest Community Development filed plans with the City of Atlanta this week for the construction of its new community center at 261 Joseph E Lowery in the Vine City neighborhood.

“] for, “housing programs and supportive services targeted toward the chronically homeless population of men, women, and veterans with a history of mental illness and/or substance addiction,” according to its website.
The new building will serve as a community complex for the Quest housing developments in the English Avenue and Vine City neighborhoods.
Construction of the 12,722-square-foot space will cost an estimated $1,969,000. The two-story complex plans to open in spring 2016.
