The residential tower at 549 Peachtree Street NE in Midtown will undergo major renovations to convert it into The Byron premium lofts, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta Monday.

“], and will convert the 1890’s building at the intersection of Linden Avenue and Peachtree Street into 1,100-1,600-square-foot loft units.
The ground level will also lease spaces from 1,500-3,500-square-feet for retail and restaurants, according to a flyer for the project on Vantage’s website.
Renovations on the 88,879-square-foot residential space will cost an estimated $4,000,000.
Representatives of Vantage Realty Partners were not immediately available for comment.
