The Leon on Ponce will offer 72 condo units across four floors above two levels of parking.

There will be one level of retail and office totaling 3,000 square feet opening out to Ponce de Leon Avenue.

Amenity spaces would include a “roof deck.”

The building “style” is described in the application as “contemporary.”

Exterior materials include stucco, cementitious panel system, and vertical wood slat screens.

A metal screen system would cover the parking deck and the windows would be an “aluminum storefront system.”

Condos will be priced in the $300s to $600s range, according to a landing page for the development.

The site is adjacent Mister Car Wash and is currently used for parking. PodPoincs many years ago was growing vegetables out of shipping containers on the land.
