$6 Million to go towards creating new office space.

A warehouse at 2300 Defoor Hills Road NW in the Underwood Hills neighborhood will undergo a $6 million conversion into an office building, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta Thursday.

The project will include renovations to the exterior of the building and a new rooftop patio for tenants. The plans estimated the total square footage of the office building will be 11,260 square feet.

The space is owned by Sweetwater Holdings Company, a privately held investment firm based in Atlanta that specializes in multifamily, office, and student housing developments, according to its website.
