Anh’s Kitchen Downtown is gearing up for a March 2022 opening, Owners and Chefs TramAnh and Pete Nguyen shared over a phone interview with What Now Atlanta on Tuesday afternoon.
What Now Atlanta first broke the news of Anh’s second location early last year, and Nguyen reached out to the publication to clarify that Alex Kinjo, though he designed the brand’s Midtown location, is not an owner or a partner in the restaurant. Anh’s Kitchen Midtown debuted at 855 Peachtree St. NE in 2017, and previous reports erroneously stated Kinjo owned the restaurant.
Kinjo did not design Anh’s Kitchen Downtown, which will open at 16 Jesse Hill Jr Dr NE. From the location, the owners will also be able to offer catering services.
Anh’s Kitchen brings a sprawling menu of Vietnamese dishes. In addition to appetizers like the Crispy Battered Shrimp, Sticky Fish Sauce Wings, and Lotus Root Salad, you can find an array of Banh Mi Sandwiches, Pho, noodle dishes, fried rice, and family-style clay pot dishes. “We like to let the food speak for itself,” Pete Nguyen added.
There is no online presence for Anh’s Kitchen Downtown just yet, but you can stay up-to-date on all developments by keeping an eye on the eatery’s original social media page.
