At last, PH’EAST opens this week at The Battery Atlanta, Seven Chan, co-founder of the Asian street food hall and two of its tenants—Poke Burri and Lifting Noodles—in an email confirmed with What Now Atlanta.
The 5,000 square-foot “Far East Street Feast” will soft open Thursday with a grand opening set for Saturday, Feb 1.
Chan, who launched Poke Burri Lifting Noodles out of We Suki Suki in East Atlanta Village, helped develop the PH’EAST concept after originally scouting space in The Battery for his two eateries, needing a smaller footprint, around 500 square feet.
There weren’t any spaces for lease that size and thus was born the idea to share a larger storefront with multiple tenants.
Confirmed stalls include outposts of Snackboxe Bistro, Lifting Noodles Ramen, Poke Burri, and Fan T’Asia.
Drink tenants include Kung Fu Tea and Taps at PH’EAST.
PH’EAST offers communal-style seating inside the hall and on a covered patio.
The Poke Burri expansion doesn’t stop at PH’EAST.
Collective Foodhall at CODA, which will house another outpost of Poke Burri, will be opening in mid-February, according to Chan.
