The dining scene in Atlanta is among the unforgettable ones in the country. Offering diverse experiences, the city always has something new on the menu. Joining that momentum is Azara, a physician-founded restaurant that brings Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin influences together.

Azara to Open New Store in Atlanta’s Eastside Beltline

A new restaurant is making its way to Atlanta’s Eastside BeltLine. Azara, a restaurant that has been inspired by longevity hotspots from around the world, is opening soon. It also brings Mediterranean, Latin, and Asian influences to its food, creating an exciting atmosphere for locals.

Founded by local physician Dr. Raj Pandya, Azara is built upon the principles of longevity. It creates a space for connection and community-centered dining. The nutrient-rich dishes and vibrant atmosphere are all thoughtfully set to follow these principles.

“In every longevity culture, community is just as essential as the food. That’s the heart of Azara—creating moments where people can connect, unwind, and feel part of something meaningful,” said Dr. Raj Pandya.

Azara is designed to offer an exquisite menu and a place for the community to gather and connect. For this, the restaurant will host live music, community dinners, and other events to build a culture that goes beyond the plate. It embodies the concept of longevity by creating a space for the community.

Menu That Celebrates Longevity Hotspots From Around the World

The food at Azara is guided by an earth-to-table philosophy. It prioritizes freshness by procuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The dishes focus on supporting well-being without sacrificing flavor.

Azara aims to change how people think about food. It offers food that is good for the body and tastes great.

In line with that approach, the menu focuses on small, shareable plates. It offers ingredients that are celebrated in longevity hotspots, such as Sardinian olive oil, Ikarian herbs, and more. All these wonderful ingredients are brought together through Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin culinary traditions.

Azara doesn’t stop here; it also offers a different menu at the bistro, main dining room, and rooftop. So every time one walks into Azara, there is always something new waiting for them.

Community to Find Three Experiences Under One Roof

One of the most intriguing aspects of the Azara experience is that it offers three different experiences. Under one roof, Azara offers a bistro and coffee bar, a restaurant, and a retractable rooftop patio and bar. Each area has a distinct menu that blends with the restaurant’s concept.

Atlanta-based Lotus Design Group created the environment of the restaurant. Bringing custom lighting, woodwork, and architectural details, every area was carefully created. Guests can witness the global inspiration of Azara playing out in every corner of the space.

The rooftop patio includes sliding windows that allow the place to open to the outdoors. Stepping out, one can witness the beautiful Atlanta skyline. Guests can grab some coffee, enjoy a relaxing lunch, or unwind with a glass of wine on the rooftop and enjoy the scenic view.

Azara is everything in one place, and the space is opening on November 21, 2025. The grand opening will be celebrated on this day at 550 Somerset Terrace NE, Suite 102, Atlanta. So head to the new restaurant on the day it opens with the morning bistro service.
