Another restaurant appears to be in the works at the Northcreek business complex.
According to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta, a suite at 3705 Northside Parkway will be converted into Bent Fork Tavern. The full-service restaurant will include a bar and dining rooms with booth seating.
Approximately 1,500 square feet of outdoor seating is also proposed for the restaurant, via a covered patio featuring a heater, fans and lighting. The projected cost of construction is nearly $256,000, according to the application.
It’s not clear what the menu of Bent Fork Tavern will be like, but a site plan labels the space as an “Italian restaurant.”
Bent Fork Tavern is set to be located between the other food concepts coming to the Northcreek business complex this year: The Daily, a breakfast eatery and coffee shop, and Little Rey, a Northern Mexican-inspired restaurant from Ford Fry. Fitness studio Pace Atlanta will also be opening soon at the complex.
