Big B’s Fish Joint, a “classic American seafood shack, will debut for the first time Wednesday, November 13, Owner Barry Mills in an email Tuesday told What Now Atlanta.
“Guests are more sophisticated today than ever,” Mills said.
“They want quality with convenience, an ‘experience’ when they eat out, and Big B’s Fish Joint fulfills these desires in one spot.”
The fast-casual restaurant, at 4600 Roswell Road Suite D140, features a walk-up seafood counter with a display of that day’s selections alongside a drink station.
Its menu featured “southern seafood” dishes using locally-sourced ingredients with gluten-free options.
A full bar serves up “classic beach and slushy cocktails,” local craft beers, and wine, as well as a selection of retro-vintage-bottled sodas.
“There is a synergy with all the elements of Big B’s Fish Joint between the menu, atmosphere, and service,” Mills said.
“We pull together all the best qualities that you love about restaurants. We take the convenience, value, and fun of fast food, and combine it with the quality, freshness, and ambiance of finer dining establishments.”
Big B’s is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
