The Southern Gentlemen & Gypsy Kitchen to join Buckhead Atlanta development.

The owners of Big Ketch, Tin Lizzy’s and the soon-to-open Smokebelly, are moving forward with plans for two new restaurants at the Buckhead Atlanta mixed-use project: “Spanish fusion” concept Gypsy Kitchen and gastropub The Southern Gentlemen.

Plans were filed with City of Atlanta Friday to build-out the two new restaurants, at 3035 Peachtree Road.

Set to be completed in mid-2014, the shared restaurant space will be located in Parcel A of the 1.5 million-square-foot Oliver McMillan development (formerly The Streets of Buckhead) which stretches between Pharr Road and Buckhead Avenue.

An estimated $1,200,000 will be spent in construction costs for the combined 10,000-square-foot space.

Atlanta Magazine has more information on the concepts here.
