Scope The Menu For Black Sheep Tavern, Opening March 12

Sweet Auburn eatery will specialize in oysters.

Black Sheep Tavern & Oyster Room is set to open Tuesday, March 12, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution this week first reported.

The restaurant replaces Eagle’s Nest Ministry in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood of Atlanta, at 330 Edgewood Ave SE.

Black Sheep Tavern will specialize in east and west coast oysters alongside entrees like the Black Sheep Burger, Fried Bologna Sandwich, and Falafel Tacos.

The tavern will offer 12 beers on tap in addition to a selection of bottles and cans.

Wine and cocktails will also be available.

Starting Tuesday, Black Sheep Tavern will serve lunch, dinner, and will be open late-night.

Weekend brunch will eventually be added.

The restaurant has a patio with fire pits and a bocce ball court.

There is seating for 100 inside.

Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 12 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
