Brock Built‘s latest development is headed to construction as the Atlanta-based home builder files a building permit application. The project, titled The Park at Monroe, is slated to be 40 townhomes ranging up to 3 bedrooms and priced from $292,00 to $297,000, and include a garage.
The project is located in the Monroe Heights neighborhood, south of Bolton Road and just west of US-285 on Northwest Drive Road. According to property records, the 4.5 acre parcel was sold to Cedar Park Investments LLC in 2018 for $325,000, and sold again to Park at Monroe LLC in 2019 for $950,000. Ownership was then transferred to Brock Built in 2020.
The townhomes will be built around along a new entry road, Monroe Heights, in buildings with two to five units each. The community will also include a small dog park and a retention basin.
According to the project website, sales of the townhomes have already begun, with several units already under contract.
