It looks like Underground Atlanta is getting a new tenant. A liquor license was filed for an establishment called Daiquiriville to “operate a bar with liquor, beer, and wine consumed on-premises,” for 50 Lower Alabama St. in Suite 8.

Underground Atlanta is a downtown mixed-use development that spans four blocks and includes residential, retail, parking, restaurants, art, and entertainment. It is described as an “urban oasis” on its Instagram page.

The redevelopment project was taken over by Lalani Ventures’ Shaneel Lalani, who is also CEO of Billionaires Funding Group (BFG) and Lucky Fortune, last year.

Business registration for The Daiquiriville at the Underground shows the address of 34 Peachtree NW, Suite 2800 which is the same address as Billionaires Funding Group.

What Now Atlanta was unable to reach Billionaires Funding Group for comment on Daiquiriville before publishing time. The registered agent for both the liquor license and business registration are the same. Underground Atlanta is also home to eateries like iScream and CheeseCaked.
