Dunkin’ Donuts Files Plans For Hanover Midtown

Doughnut shop would neighbor a Dollar General city-format called DGX in the new residential high-rise.

Hanover Midtown, a 29-story mixed-use project from developers Hanover Co. and Atlanta-based The Loudermilk Company, could be getting a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Permits have been filed with the City of Atlanta seeking approvals to begin an interior buildout for the doughnut shop on the ground level of the Midtown high-rise, at 881 Peachtree St. NE.

The estimated construction price tag is $250,000 for the 1,820-square-foot space.

Dunkin’ would neighbor another national chain as plans for a city-format of Dollar General called DGX forges forward.

Now in its leasing phase, Hanover Midtown includes 350 apartment units, 11,000 square feet of retail and more than 35,000 square feet on floors two through four of the office part of the project has been set aside for co-working giant WeWork.

Further downtown, construction is nearing completion at a Dunkin’ Donuts in a conjoined space with Stoner’s Pizza, adjacent a city-format RaceTrac at The Mix high-rise, near Georgia State University.
