Quick casual bagel shop coming to Peachtree Street.

Eintein Bros Bagels is set to open a new Atlanta location.

The popular bagel shop recently filed a building permit application with the City of Atlanta to begin work at 800 Peachtree St. in Midtown.

An estimated $160,000 will be spent building the new 3,600-square-foot facility in the existing Peachtree St. suite.

The Einstein Noah Restaurant Group was originally opened in 1995 by already famous food chain, Boston Market, as a way to sell breakfast food.

The company’s primary operations, Einstein Bros and Noah’s New York Bagels, quickly became the nation’s largest operator of bagel bakeries. Einstein Bros is the largest section of the group spanning most of the company’s 800 locations.

A forerunner in quick casual dining, Einstein Bros offers a wide range of baked goods, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
