Einstein Bros Bagels appears to be headed to Fairburn.

The bagel shop is proposed for a tenant space at 8026 Senoia Road, according to construction plans. It would share a building with T-Mobile and Pink Label Clothing.

The new store would be about 1,500 square feet. Texas-based architecture and engineering firm ID Studio 4 is the architecture team behind the store, according to the construction documents. ID Studio 4 specializes in restaurant and retail design.

Einstein Bros Bagels is based in Colorado. There are nearly 700 locations across the U.S. In addition to a variety of bagels and cream cheese, the menu includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee beverages and pastries.

Einstein Bros Bagels is part of Bagel Brands, which is a subsidiary of Panera Brands. (But maybe not for long; the corporation is reportedly exploring the idea of selling the bagel brands in its portfolio, as well as Caribou Coffee.)

What Now Atlanta reported in April that a location of Einstein Bros Bagels is also proposed for Kennesaw.
