Emory To Get Second Highland Bakery, Another Recently Opened in GA Tech

The popular bakery and restaurant will be situated in the university's chemistry building.

The popular bakery and restaurant will be situated in the university’s chemistry building.

Highland Bakery is giving Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology students several options for properly fueling up for exams.

Owner Stacey Eames is opening locations around the college campuses left and right.

Next week, Eames and her team will open a second outpost at Emory in the chemistry building, at 1515 Dickey Drive, the restauranteur told What Now Atlanta (WNA) over lunch Monday.

Highland Bakery already has an location in the university’s Goizueta Business School.

This news arrives shortly after Eames opened a second GA Tech location. The first, located in the Bradley building, was introduced in 2012.

Highland Bakery has locations in Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, and Buckhead, in addition to the four on-campus locations. An outpost in Virginia-Highland replacing Aurora Coffee will open soon.
