Smalls Sliders is continuing its rollout across Georgia, with new site details emerging from one of its franchisees, Purple Square Management Co. According to the company’s website, four locations are now listed as “coming soon,” part of a broader plan to operate at least eight by the end of 2025 across Atlanta, Ga; Tampa, Fl; and Phoenix, Az.
In Loganville, Smalls is targeting 4615 Atlanta Hwy, next to a cluster of chains including McDonald’s and Firehouse Subs, as well as the local American Legion Post 233.
In Athens, a new site is planned for 197 Alps Rd, where it may replace a former 76 gas station. The address sits next to Alps Village shopping center and St. Mary’s Health Care System.
A third location is expected at 1549 GA-138 in Conyers where it appears the restaurant will take over a former liquor store site.
The fourth site, in Riverdale, is planned for 7125 GA-85, within Merchants’ Square—a neighborhood retail center anchored by Kroger and a U.S. Post Office.
While projected opening dates have not been announced, Smalls Sliders is known for its rapid-build model using prefabricated “cans”—modular 750-square-foot units constructed offsite and placed directly on-site. This streamlined format allows for faster openings and standardized operations. “We don’t break ground,” the company says, “we drop cans.”
Founded in 2019 by Brandon Landry, the Louisiana-based chain has built national momentum behind a focused menu of cheeseburger sliders, waffle fries, and shakes. Backed by 10 Point Capital and former NFL quarterback Drew Brees, the brand now has multiple franchisees operating or developing locations across Georgia.
Purple Square Management Co., which is spearheading these four new builds, has not confirmed which will open first. The company did not respond to multiple requests for comment. It already opened an outpost in Stockbridge, at 1660 Hudson Bridge Rd.
