Grindhouse Killer Burgers will officially open its Brookhaven restaurant, at 2565 Apple Valley Road, on Friday, Aug. 7, according to a press release Tuesday. It was supposed to debut in April and will be the eighth location overall for the growing burger chain.
Initially, only takeout and delivery will be available as the restaurant opens for the first time with its dining room closed. In-house dining will open in the fall alongside Grindhouse Killer Burgers’ 21+ rooftop patio.
“We are crazy excited to bring Grindhouse Killer Burgers to the Brookhaven community,” Alex Brounstein, the owner of Grindhouse Killer Burgers said in the release. “Throughout the years we’ve had far more requests for expansion from the Brookhaven neighborhood than by any other. We recognize there is a lot going on in the world right now, it goes without saying that first and foremost, Grindhouse aims to keep our staff, customers and community safe in the face of COVID-19, and we are doing all we can to do our part by keeping our dining room and patio closed for the time being. With that said, life is short and burgers and beer are the ultimate comfort food.”
The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily, with the exception of Tuesday when it’s closed, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., respectively.
