Iron Age Korean Steak House and Sola Salon Studios are joining the Toco Hills Shopping Center tenant lineup.
Iron Age will be situated in suite 400, a 4,000-square-foot space adjacent Westside Market, at 2943 N Druid Hills Road NE.
It is from the owners of the Kennesaw outpost of the “DIY” Korean barbecue joint.
The Duluth and Sandy Springs Iron Age locations are under different ownership.
Sola Salon Studios, a company that rents space to independent hairstylists and other cosmetology professionals, will be situated in suite 515 of the Toco Hills Shopping Center.
It will be owned and operated by Four S Holdings LLC (under parent company The Decatur Group), a franchisee of Sola Franchise Corporation.
Haynes Chidsey, founder of The Decatur Group, did not immediately respond to What Now Atlanta’s (WNA) request for comment Wednesday.
“More announcements” for “additional 2020 openings” in the Toco Hills Shopping Center are expected “in the coming months,” a spokesperson for Edens, the development’s owner, in an email told WNA.
Flying Biscuit Café is set to open its newest corporate location in the development in “the coming days,” according to the spokesperson.
BurgerIM is also headed to Toco Hills.
There isn’t a Suite 515 on the map from Edens: https://properties.edens.com/properties/tocohills/
Hi Kenbud, per Edens in an email to WNA referring to the reconfiguration of tenant spaces to house Sola, “our dynamic site plan on our website does not yet reflect the change but the brochure has it.” Thanks! ~ Caleb
