Landmark Diner Jr. last week closed its doors, at 2277 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE.

It’s unclear, however, if the closure is permanent.

Restaurant management when reached through the phone by What Now Atlanta (WNA) said Landmark Diner Jr. was set to undergo a remodel and would reopen post-renovations.

WNA insiders, on the other hand, claim the land has been sold and will be developed into residential (either apartments or condominiums).

The land where Landmark Diner Jr. has been marketed since late-2018, alongside two adjacent addresses, for “ground lease, lease or build.”

Across the three sites—2,300 square feet, 1,442 square feet with a 600-square-foot basement, and 6,096 square feet—is a total of 0.76 acres.

JLL holds the listing.

The real estate firm was not immediately available for comment Monday.
