A new late-night spot is in the works in Buckhead.

The new business called Bungalow is planned for the building at 3201 Peachtree Road NE, according to a liquor license application with the City of Atlanta. The building, located next to Trader Joe’s, was formerly occupied by York Furs.

Bungalow will feature live entertainment and dancing, according to the application. The 4,000-square-foot space will seat 50 people, with 52 percent of sales expected to come from food and the remaining 48 percent of sales expected to come from alcohol. Operating hours are expected to be 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Ali Moradi is listed as Bungalow’s owner. Moradi has operated several other businesses, including a Mediterranean food truck called Gyro Chef and Seven Seas Mediterranean Cafe in Alpharetta, which he sold about 10 years ago.

Moradi told What Now Atlanta they are targeting a July or August 2025 opening for Bungalow.
