Billy Kramer, the founder of NFA Burgers and the man behind the popular Billy’s Burgers Instagram account, signed a lease to open his first brick and mortar burger joint inside Salim Thobani’s Chevron off Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody.

NFA Burgers, which stands for “Not Fooling Around,” started out as a pop-up inside Galla’s Pizza in Brookhaven in 2018, which turned into a three-day a week licensing agreement.

As a pop-up, NFA Burgers’ menu featured two items, a classic double made with American cheese, pickles, and mustard, and Sassy Fries, shoestring fries that come with Sassy Sauce made with Kramer’s signature spice blend.

Those options may expand once Kramer settles in.

“The goal is to open by mid-December,” Kramer shared with Whan Now Atlanta over an email to ‘burger enthusiasts.’

“That, however, depends on how quickly I can navigate the red tape. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”
