It looks like a restaurant will be a part of Portman Holdings‘ three-tower mixed-use project on the corner of 10th and Spring Streets. Portman Holdings broke ground earlier this year on their redevelopment of the historic H.M. Patterson & Sons Spring Hill Chapel funeral property.

The project includes a 36-story residential tower with about 370 apartments that overlook Technology Square from the highest points in Midtown. The ground level will include 11,000 sq. ft. of retail space, while the rest of the project consists of two smaller towers that will house a 34-story office building and a 24-story room hotel.

A recent building permit was filed for the “adaptive reuse of the existing H.M. Patterson & Son Funeral Home to a restaurant and event space” at 1010 Spring St. The construction cost for this portion of the project is estimated at $900,000.
