News broke in August that celebrity chef Jonathan Waxman would open a yet-to-be-named Italian restaurant in Ponce City Market’s (PCM) Central Food Hall.

What Now Atlanta (WNA) Monday uncovered in a Craigslist advertisement the forthcoming Old Fourth Ward eatery will be called Brezza Cucina.

“Successful chef, restauranteur, Top Chef Masters alumnus and perennial James Beard award nominee, Jonathan Waxman, is bringing a new concept, Brezza Cucina, to Ponce City Market in Atlanta,” according to the online post seeking talent for the restaurant.

Starting Tuesday Sept. 8, Brezza will be accepting applications in person for various positions including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

Brezza will share a glass wall with the recently-opened Williams-Sonoma.

In 2010, Waxman was a contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef: Masters and placed fourth out of twenty-two competitors.
