Intentional Expectations Hospitality Group (IEHG) is planning a new location for The Butcher & Bottle. The brand will open a restaurant at 235 Gilmer Ferry Road in Ball Ground, as first reported by ScoopOTP.
IEHG opened The Butcher & Bottle location in Alpharetta earlier this year, joining the original location in Ellijay. The Ball Ground location will be the third for the brand.
The Butcher & Bottle offers a Southern-inspired steak and seafood experience, featuring various steak cuts, pork chops, lamb, pan-fried trout and other protein-driven dishes. The spot also features spirits, craft cocktails and wines.
Renderings obtained by ScoopOTP display brick walls, bar seating, booths and an upstairs seating area.
An exact opening timeline for the Ball Ground location has not been announced yet.
IEHG was founded by Adam Anacker and Brian Stanley, and it has been expanding in recent years. In addition to The Butcher & Bottle, IEHG operates B&B Tavern and B&B Social.
“We believe deeply in allowing God to open the right doors,” Anacker said in an interview with What Now Atlanta earlier this year. “We’re grateful for where we are today, and we’re excited for the opportunities he continues to place in front of us as we grow IEHG the right way.”
