Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons is in the works in Newnan.
The coffee shop will be located at 2744 GA-34, according to construction plans.
Franchisee Abid Khutliwala is behind the new location, which will be adjacent to a new AT&T store he will also own. In 2022, Khutliwala secured a deal to bring 15 locations of Tim Hortons to Georgia over five years.
Khutliwala told What Now Atlanta the Newnan location is expected to open in Q3 2024, along with the AT&T store.
Tim Hortons was founded in 1964. The menu includes coffee drinks, baked goods and breakfast sandwiches.
A location opened last year in Columbus, the launch of the brand’s expansion into the Peach State. Tim Hortons can also be found in Atlanta at 610 Spring St NW.
