Eatery coming soon to Lenox Square Mall.

True Food Kitchen, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based restaurant, is opening in Lenox Square Mall this June, Laura Skibba, marketer for Fox Restaurant Concepts (the restaurant’s parent company) told What Now Atlanta in an interview Thursday.

“All of the dishes follow that philosophy of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid,” Skibba said.

The restaurant will serve items like quinoa, kale and other healthy options, all based on Dr. Andrew Weil’s principles of eating food with anti-inflammatory properties.

The restaurant has plans for 13 additional locations nationwide, according to Skibba.
