Lifestyle boutique 13 Hub Lane is one of several new tenants announced to join Toro Development Company’s Medley development in Johns Creek, according to a release. This location will mark the third spot for the brand in the Atlanta area, joining existing locations at Avenue East Cobb and Roswell.
13 Hub Lane, owned by Ann Shank, offers a variety of furniture, home decor, apparel, accessories, baby items and jewelry. The space will also feature a design studio with custom furnishings, fabrics and swatches.
“Transforming spaces into works of art, 13 Hub Lane is your ticket to extraordinary interiors. Let our design team who has a keen eye for detail and impeccable taste turn your vision into a stunning reality,” the 13 Hub Lane website states. “From concept to completion, trust in their expertise to create a space that’s uniquely yours.”
The spot is expected to open alongside other Medley tenants at the development’s grand opening at the end of October. Other recently announced tenants include local barber shop The Commodore and eyewear brand Warby Parker.
The development also broke ground on its second phase, Encore, this month, which will add 408 multifamily residences and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Encore is expected to open in 2027.
“Over the next six months, our team is laser focused on Medley’s grand opening and putting the finishing touches on creating a vibrant mixed-use experience for the people of Johns Creek,” John Kelley, chief development officer for Toro Development Company, said in the release. ‘With Encore underway, we are seeing Medley’s pedestrian-friendly streets and public realm take shape. We are counting down the days to welcoming the community to its new Third Place.”
