A new convenience store and gas station is planned for Lawrenceville.

A “Solo Convenience Store” is proposed for 2330 Lawrenceville Highway, according to a Gwinnett County building permit application. It appears the store will have fuel pumps, as the application calls for electrical work for all “petroleum equipment and canopy lights.”

Five P Venture LLC is listed as the developer of the convenience store. According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, the entity was created in 2020.

Lawrenceville is located northeast of Atlanta.
