A golf equipment and apparel store is planned for Buckhead.

PGA Tour Superstore is proposed for 3255 Peachtree Road, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta for the interior buildout of the store. The space was previously occupied by the furniture store Havertys, which is closing this summer at the end of June.

The estimated cost of construction for the PGA Tour Superstore is $1.5 million, according to the building permit application. The space is nearly 30,000 square feet.

PGA Tour Superstore currently has more than 70 locations across the U.S., with plans for additional growth. There are currently locations in Kennesaw, Roswell and Lawrenceville. In addition to selling golf gear and offering lessons and fittings, the stores also sell supplies for tennis and pickleball.

The upcoming Buckhead store will be located at the Buckhead Square shopping center, which is owned by Selig Enterprises.
