Home Goods is coming to Powers Ferry Square.

The home furnishings retailer this week filed plans in Fulton County to build out a 21,381-square-foot space in the North Buckhead shopping center.

Home Goods will become the anchor tenant at Powers Ferry Square in space adjacent Petco, according to the center’s latest site plan.

An estimated $879,500 will be spent constructing the Home Goods, at 3788 Roswell Road, including a new storefront.

Southern Season was supposed to open as the center’s anchor but the specialty gourmet food retailer in 2016 pulled the plug on the new Atlanta location when the company filed for bankruptcy.

The space has since been divided into two suites the second of which will house Burn Studios.

Regency Centers, the property owner, did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
