Department store to make alterations for additional Prada inventory at Phipps.
Saks Fifth Avenue in Phipps Plaza at 3440 Peachtree Road will expand its retail space within its existing store, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta Wednesday.
The alterations will be to expand the Prada section and inventory for the store and will cost the retailer an estimated $193,000.
The plans also revealed that $500,000 will go towards renovating the space for its forthcoming OFF 5th store at One Buckhead Loop in Buckhead Station. Nordstrom Rack and T.J. Maxx also have locations at the shopping center.
The off-price retailer plans to open its new 26,866-square-foot space in April 2016.
