A local luxury nail salon is continuing to grow across metro Atlanta.

Sugar Polish Nail Bar is planning a location in the Peoplestown neighborhood at Terminal South, an upcoming mixed-use development.

According to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta, the salon on Ridge Avenue in suite 101 will be more than 3,000 square feet. The scope of work includes new interior partitions, a new interior door and frame, a new finish on the floor and ceiling, as well as plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting and mechanical work.

Sugar Polish Nail Bar offers manicures, pedicures and waxing services. It first began in 2018 with a salon in Athens, followed by West Midtown. There are now several locations in Georgia, including upcoming ones in Midtown and at the Lumen Briarcliff apartment complex in Atlanta.

Sugar Polish Nail Bar joins several other retail and dining tenants headed to Terminal South, which will also include a food hall called Switchman Hall. The two-building development slated to open this winter is led by Stafford Properties.
