A gym at Ponce City Market is stretching into new space.

The Forum Athletic Club is undergoing expansion with a new lease, adding more than 10,000 square feet of space that was previously unused, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

According to the news outlet, the expansion – the gym’s first since opening in 2016 – includes adding a free-weight room, a new men’s locker room with a sauna, an expanded women’s locker room with a sauna, and a larger “Fast Twitch” room. Fast Twitch, one of the specialized classes offered by the gym, is a full-body workout featuring work on the core, cardio, agility and muscle-building.

The gym will stay open during the expansion.

Former NFL players Dan Owens and Roman Fortin own The Forum Athletic Club. In addition to the outpost at Ponce City Market, the gym can be found in Buckhead at Lenox Square (3393 Peachtree Road) and in Alpharetta at Halcyon (340 Town Square).
