Luxury men’s retailer to open its southernmost location this Spring.
UPDATE (August 18, 2017): Ticknors Phipps Plaza Shutters, Will Reopen in Perimeter Mall
Ticknors Men’s Clothier, a privately held upscale men’s clothing store from Ohio, will soon open in Phipps Plaza in a 4,348 square foot store on the second level next to Mayor’s.
This location will be the first in Atlanta. Ticknors Men’s Clothier currently has five locations in the Midwest and two in the Carolinas. This year, the company will have been in business for 24 years.
“We love Atlanta. We feel that the styles of clothing we sell align very well with how people dress there. Men wear suits and sport coats with jeans. People dress up to go to dinner,” said Brandon Esker, a manager at Ticknors Men’s Clothier’s Columbus, Ohio location. Esker will be assisting in opening the Atlanta location this spring.
Justin Couch, director of communications for Ticknors, told What Now Atlanta (WNA), “Atlanta is a wonderful, cultural city, and we feel like the range of styles we sell reflects that diversity.” Brands that Ticknors carries include Robert Graham, Andrew Marc, Tommy Bahama, and Michael Kors.
