The state’s first X-Golf, an advanced golf simulator and sports bar, is now taking reservations at its 6,800-square-foot space at the Halcyon Grand apartment complex in Alpharetta.

X-Golf will be open 4 to 9 p.m. beginning Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, with a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, beginning at 11 a.m. Grand opening attendees will experience golf item giveaways, half-priced menu items and an introductory simulator price of $35 per hour.

The space has seven bays for group golf simulation and a full bar with beer, cocktails and appetizers. Guests can compete in a variety of game formats. With 6,000 calculations per second, real-time data improves golfers’ games through measurements of each swing. PGA pros will be present to help guide golfers and offer tips to help improve their skills.

“We are excited to open our doors to the community and help everyone improve their golf performance a bit better, or just kick back with friends and family for a little fun,” franchisee John Vautour said in a press release. “The vibrant community at Halcyon is the perfect place for our state-of-the-art golf experience. We invite everyone to come experience the future of indoor golf with X-Golf.”

The four-year anniversary of Halcyon was marked by other new-to-market tenant openings, including children’s clothing and toy boutique Piggy Jo’s and Eichholtz by O.Dig.We Interiors, a store specializing in modern furniture, lighting and home accessories.

“X-Golf is the perfect addition to our dynamic tenant roster at Halcyon, where we are committed to bringing new and exciting experiences to the community,” said Phil Mays, principal with RocaPoint Partners. “With this opening, we are offering guests yet another way to gather with friends and family, which is always a goal of ours at Halcyon.”

Halcyon is a mixed-use village in Forsyth County developed by RocaPoint Partners, an Atlanta-based affiliate of The Georgetown Company.
