Plans to develop 84 Perimeter Center East are moving forward, but with a new developer.
Branch Properties, the firm that first introduced the project in 2008, is no longer involved, according to an SRS Real Estate Partners representative.
SRS has been retained to lease the project’s 35,000 square feet of retail, at 84 Perimeter Center E, across the street from Perimeter Mall.
The new developer wants to remain “private,” according to the SRS rep.
In addition to the retail will be an “upscale boutique” seven-story Hilton brand in the mixed-use development, according to recently-minted plans SRS is using to market the project.
The project resurfaced in 2017 and with the release of the new marketing materials, seems to be closer to materializing.
The Hilton hotel will offer 150 keys and will deliver in December 2020, according to the August 2019 marketing materials.
384 parking spaces will be shared between the hotel and retail.
