Capstone Communities, formerly Capstone Collegiate Communities, recently unveiled its newest residential offering located south of Atlanta in Fayetteville in the heart of Pinewood Forest.
Called Premiere Lofts, the development is the only multifamily offering in the studios-focused mixed-use.
“We were attracted to Pinewood Forest because of the town’s vibrancy, walkability and accessibility to local restaurants and retail,” John Acken, executive vice president of development for Capstone Communities, said in a press release Wednesday.
“Rates and retention are higher in all-inclusive developments and bringing the first rental option and a more flexible price point to Pinewood Forest will attract a new demographic to this thriving town.”
Premiere Lofts offers fifty-seven different floorplans including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 603 to 1,388 square feet, each equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
Rent starts at $1,299 per month.
Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, pool, outdoor grill station, and a clubhouse with an entertainment room.
Capstone Properties, the in-house management company for Capstone Communities, has begun leasing.
The pool is slated for completion this summer with the fitness center following later this fall.
Premiere Lofts is located in the heart of Town Center which will be home to Edwin Jarvis, Sugarcoat Nails, Native Beauty Bar salon and boutique, and The Skin Society, plus cuisine from Apple Butter Bakery, Honeysuckle Gelato, Hop City + Barleygarden, and Braise.
Plans also call for a nine-screen movie theatre expected to open in 2021.
Looks like a good size space for the price.
The exterior is totally ho-hum though…
Seems decidedly lower in quality than most other development there.
Love highly visible breaker box in the kitchen/entry area… cahuuuutie patootie!
