Franchisee Arnie Seyden plans to open his second Your Pie pizzeria this March within the Ridgewalk Landing Center at 285 Ridgewalk Pkwy in Woodstock is slated to open this March. Currently, Seyden operates a Your Pie storefront at 2247 Cumming Highway in Canton Exchange.
A build-your-own pizza joint with a focus on serving tasty pizza to any patron despite their dietary restrictions, each restaurant in the chain carries gluten-free dough and non-dairy cheeses.
Whether ordering online or in-person, customers can choose from pre-made pies or select the components on their own from a wide array of options. Whole wheat or keto-friendly cauliflower dough can substitute a typical crust, and diners can deviate from the traditional marinara with seven sauce alternatives. A slew of cheese varieties, meats and vegetables can be chosen between or combined.
Craft beer, wine, 93 percent fat-free gelato (with a milk-free alternative in stock), salads, paninis and pasta dishes are also on the menu.
