The Canyon Club: A New Development on the Horizon
A 60-acre property is being developed on the shoreline of Lake Travis in Texas. The Canyon Club will be a residential but luxurious resort-type development, which will be a mix of traditional and 3D printed homes.

Prasso Ventures is the developer of this project located at 122 Shoreline Road, Texas. Planning and designing of the project are done by Mark Richardson Architects. They will also manage the architectural part of the traditional homes in The Canyon Club.
ICON is the company that will be making some of the unique 3D-printed homes at The Canyon Club. The Vice President of Development and Sales at ICON is very optimistic about the debut of ICON homes at The Canyon Club. Model Home Plans and Pricing
25 luxurious residential units are planned for The Canyon Club, out of which 20 will be traditional homes and 5 will be ICON homes. A model home is already under construction for people to know what is on the way to astonish them!
Traditional homes will be available for sole ownership, which will be part of the legacy of a family. These 5 or 6-bedroom homes, spanning around 5,782 sq. ft., will cost $2.6 million or above.
ICON will be building five 3D-printed homes in partnership with The Canyon Club. These homes will be around 3,400 sq. ft., and the fractional ownership will cost in the range of $400,000. Under fractional ownership, one-eighth of the property will be owned by the purchaser, in which six weeks of annual use and access to amenities will be included.

The construction of amenities is expected to begin this fall, and the sale options will be made live in May 2025. However, the first set of deliveries is expected to take place by late 2026.
