Extended Stay America Premier Suites Expands with New Hotel in Kyle
The four-story, 124-room Extended Stay America Premier Suites was developed by Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. Located between Austin and San Antonio, the hotel is just 15 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
With more than 700 locations across the U.S., the brand is a leading midscale extended stay hotel group.

Features of the new development
The Kyle Premier Suites offers spacious suites with full kitchens, signature bedding, and modern amenities designed for extended stays. All suites are spacious and equipped with kitchens. Each suite comes equipped with a microwave, stovetop, full-sized refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
The suites will feature signature bedding, a dedicated workspace, a 50-inch TV, and recliners, offering guests a comfortable and convenient extended stay experience.
Additional amenities include complimentary breakfast, 24-hour fitness center, premium cable, guest laundry, vending in the lobby, and free WiFi.
